How big is a balloon?

Each balloon is 20", the balloon comes with a thread of 40".

Do you have a physical store?

No, our current office only support curbside pick up.

How many colors can I choose?

You can choose from the catalogue or you can choose the custom option to create your own balloon and there you can choose 5 colors max.

How many days will my balloon be floating?

Balloons lasts from 2-5 days, it depends on the temperature the balloon is exposed to.

Does weather affect the balloons?

Yes, if the balloon is exposed to high temperatures the balloon can have different reactions. Don't leave your balloon in a hot place because the balloon can expand because of the helium. If the balloon is exposed into a cold temperature the balloon may deflate but it'll inflate again when it gets warm.

What happens if my balloon pop when the balloon gets home?

Once the balloon is delivered to the client, Reach the moon is not responsible of what happens to the balloon. If the problem comes when the balloon just got delivered to you, send a picture of the balloon and we'll refund you the cost of the balloon. Note: to get a refund you need to send us the picture of the balloon popped in the moment, we'll not accept next day pictures*

​Do you deliver on holidays?

We are only closed on Christmas and New Years Day. If you want balloons for a special event, please send us a message to: reachthemoonseattle@gmail.com

What are the delivery and curbside pick-up hours?

The delivery hours are Monday-Saturday: 1pm-7pm

Pick up hours are from 11am-7pm 

Can you deliver outside normal delivery hours & can I request a certain delivery time within your standard hours?

Yes, we can deliver outside our scheduled delivery time for an additional fee, please contact reachthemoonseattle@gmail.com for more information.

Can I request a special design?

Yes, you can click on the products, and choose the custom balloon, you can choose colors, tassels, and custom message.

Do you charge for curbside pick up?

No, we don't charge for curbside pick up.

Is delivery included in the price?

No, you need to choose your city and add your zip code to calculate the delivery fee.

Do I have to be home when you deliver the Balloon?

Yes, we need a signature to deliver the balloon. In case no one is at home we're gonna call the phone number provided and we'll wait for special directions. In case there's no special directions and no one attends the door, the balloon will be back at Reach the moon for local pick up.

Can I send a balloon as a gift?

Yes, you can send this balloon as a gift, but someone must be available to receive the balloon in the desire address.

Do you design and install other balloon decorations?

No, we don't make balloon decorations, but you can buy multiple balloons to decorate your party.
